Paric Completes $10M Summit Place I

Paric Corporation said Thursday it completed the $10 million, 75,000 square foot Summit Place I multi-tenant office building in O'Fallon, Missouri, for McEagle Properties.

The three story structure, of which Time Warner Telecom, a managed voice and data networking company, occupies 48,000 square feet of, is part of a multi-phase office development of up to 300,000 square feet of Class A office space for lease by McEagle in its WingHaven community.

O'Fallon, Missouri based McEagle Properties is a full service real estate development, property management and brokerage firm.

Paric Corporation, also based in O'Fallon, Missouri, is one of the largest privately held companies in St. Louis with 2007 revenue of $250 million.
