Paric Finishes St. Louis University Tower Renovations
Paric Corporation said Monday it finished renovating 264 apartments in Saint Louis University's Marchetti Tower East and West. A total of 192,000 square feet of residential living space were upgraded with new flooring, painting, cabinets and appliances; plumbing upgrades; caulking and waterproofing of the brick exterior. The project was completed before students returned this fall. Paric Corporation, one of the largest St. Louis-based firms, pairs design/build services with construction management and negotiated general construction.
