Paric: Always Expecting To Exceed Expectations

Paric Corporation has a 25 year track record of exceeding expectations for their customers and clients. This certainly is the case with the new Convention Center, which was another Paric project, built on time and under budget.

Exceeding expectations might explain a company that has their increased revenues from; $36,430,397 to 221,726,744 in the past ten years alone.

Paric President Joe McKee says the success of the company is wrapped up in its five core values of Personal Integrity, Trust and Teamwork, Exceeding Expectations, Enhancing our Community and Doing What We Say. Paric exceeded all expectations with the new Convention Center. Mayor Patti York said "We wanted to build a Convention Center that would be the benchmark standard for all future developments of this kind. Paric has the reputation for exceeding expectations.

I can't say we were surprised because they tell you up front that they intend to exceed your expectations. It's their way of doing' business and they have always delivered for the St. Charles community.

McKee says that it's a simple matter of doing what you say you are going to do Core Value 5 says, "Because as the adage says: 'You are only as good as, your word.' If we say something is going to happen, it will happen. We learned this is the surest way to earn the respect and appreciation of our owners, customers, employees, subcontractors and vendors."

Paric's 4th Core Value is to enhance the Community. Paric is known for its generosity and its commitment to community efforts. And McKee says that this facility is going to be a great enhancement to the greater St. Louis region in general as well as the St. Charles region in particular. The addition of this center takes this region to a whole new level. It enhances our ability to attract people and businesses who come here to visit as well as those who could come here' to stay."

For McKee it's pretty simple. "I think we've demonstrated over the years. that doing the right things regarding to keeping our word and maintaining our integrity leads to honest communication that supports our employees, owner clients, subcontractors and our vendors.

The emphasis on these basic values allows people of Paric to exceed expectations both in their work in the community in which they live, work and play."
