Meeting an accelerated construction schedule, Paric completed the largest capital improvement project ever initiated at Chaminade College Preparatory School. The project gives the institution a total of 101,813-sq.ft. of new and renovated space for academics, athletics and administration. In addition to housing 16 middle school classrooms and administrative offices, the new space features an 8,500-sq.ft. library, a technology center with computers, telephone bank, video and teleconferencing, an expanded student dining room and commons area, a fitness/weight training facility and wrestling practice venue. The renovation component of the project transformed nine small classrooms and the existing library into four larger classrooms, three administrative offices, a reception area and a theatre.
