The new St. Charles City-County "Library Express" is located in the WingHaven complex.  The Library Express is a 3,516-sq.ft. building which consists of brick and vinyl exterior finishes.  Interior of the building included marble floors, glass block partitions and architectural metals. The library also houses a Churchill Coffee Express.
