The seven-story Cheerful House Building was built in 1896 and has been vacant since at least 1999. Paric renovated and rehabilitated the approximate 26,000 square foot per floor building with 104 condominiums as well as shops, a restaurant, business center, parking spaces, gym, rooftop fountain, splash pool and sundeck.  The condominiums range in size from 691 to 2,700 square feet.
