Paric was construction manager for Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex. The 80-acre site is a phased approach. The concession and restroom building for the new softball fields is completed. The building has both indoor and outdoor seating, which allows spectators to watch from either a large climate controlled seating area or from outdoor picnic tables. The building houses a grill, restrooms and mechanical areas. Installation of the field lights for both softball and soccer, and the expansion of the north lot to include an additional 300 parking spaces, which will bring 800 parking spaces for the complex is complete. Additional walkways, and a few additional structures will be added to the facility to complement a main entrance building adjacent to an expanded north parking lot is scheduled to house a first aid station, small maintenance area, administrative office, shower facilities, restrooms, and ticket booths. A large pavilion, playground and comfort station will be added and overlooks the new soccer field. |
