This project included the historic renovation of 65-year-old St. Mary's Academy. The first building was completed in 1931, the second in 1952 and a third in 1960. Paric connected all three buildings. These buildings previously housed a rectory, an
all-girls' high school and a college. The renovated 99,000-sq.ft. municipal building houses the City's police department and administrative offices. Features of the project include a three-story copper dome rotunda and terrazzo flooring.
