Clayco/Paric Joint Venture recently began the Express Scripts Phase II building. The $30 million project will include about 181,000 sq.ft. of office space, a three level parking garage and two surface parking lots. Completion is set for December 2008. The new building will hold 900 employees.
Similar to the headquarters, the new building will be registered for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. LEED is a points-based rating system that was developed by the United States Green Building Council to provide a standard for assessing the environmental responsibility of a project. LEED certification will place Express Scripts new buildings as the largest green project in Missouri.
