Paric is the builder for the new seven story, 124 room, Moonrise Hotel at 6177 Delmar Boulevard. Plans for the hotel, which will be situated between the Pageant and Pin-Up Bowl, include an upscale restaurant and a rooftop patio.
Along with Paric, ACI/Boland will design the hotel and Robert O'Loughlin's LHM will operate the hotel. |
