Clayco|Paric JV is the contractor on the one-story, 121,253 sq. ft. building at the 550 acre NorthPark development.  The building includes 180' deep bays (50' x 50' typical column spacing); high-bay fluorescent lighting in warehouse; 28' ceiling height; and 1 loading dock per 9,000 sq. ft. bay (includes leveler, bumper and seal).  The tilt-up concrete construction project also has 187 parking spaces available.  NorthPark Business Center I is registered LEED.
