Paric has been awarded the Patients First Medical Office Building II. The addition will consist of two new building structures, located immediately to the east and west of the existing facility.

The first new building is a 45,000 sq.ft., three story addition, housing a Cancer Treatment Center, and an expanded Urgent Care facility on the first floor.

The second building addition, is a proposed 62,000 sq.ft., three story structure, tied into the existing facility at all floors.

The parking expansion will consist of a new surface lot with approximately 295 parking spaces and above ground parking structure will include 255 additional parking spaces. New parking will total approximately 550 spaces.
