Paric|Ruscilli, a joint venture, is constructing a senior housing facility that will provide an innovative residential environment.  Set on almost 13 acres, The Stratford on Kenwood Road will consist of an 18-story independent living facility with a 3-story skilled nursing wing, a lower level parking garage, and 17 independent quadplex-type cottages.  Total units include 264.  This 515,000 square foot building will be complete in December 2009.
