Paric was the general contractor for the 76,000 sq.ft. independent living senior facility. The complex includes 87 one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens. The exterior of the facility includes brick, James Hardie fiber cement panel, and Nichia fiber cement siding. This project is MHDC financed and has met all MBE/WBE goals.
