The 19,950-sq.ft. addition features a structural steel frame with a brick and limestone exterior designed to compliment the existing portion of the original theater. The two-story building contains four interior levels; the terrace basement with a band room, lockers and dressing rooms; the theater level featuring 353 seats and a 2,100-sq.ft. stage and an orchestra pit, the third level featuring sound, lighting and audio/visual control booth; and the lighting level with a tension grid catwalk.
