St. Louis-based Paric has completed renovations and expansion of the memory care center at Laclede Groves Continuing Care Senior Living Community in Webster Groves.
The work is one part of a complex, two-year construction project which is being undertaken in 14 separate phases to assure the continuing safety of all residents and uninterrupted operations at the senior living community of Lutheran Senior Services.
Work completed includes expansion of the common spaces in the two-story structure including dining, activity and living areas, plus updated finishes, renovation of the laundry area and other facilities.
When the current construction program is complete, Laclede Groves will include a total of 329 apartments and 54 patio homes for independent living, 132 apartments for residential care and assisted living memory care plus 262 rooms for skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation.
Lutheran Senior Services is the 10th largest not-for-profit senior living network in the nation. With 20 locations in Missouri and Illinois, LSS serves more than 8,500 older adults each year through continuing care retirement communities, affordable housing, in-home services, and hospice care.
