Cottleville City Hall Wins 2009 Excellence Award

Posted on May 23, 2009

The recently completed Cottleville City Hall is a 2009 Excellence Award winner, recognized for excellence in design and construction by St. Louis Construction News and Real Estate (CNR) magazine in the “Public Building” category. The project was led by Paric Corporation as construction manager.

The Cottleville facility, a $5.3 million 15,888-square-foot city hall and police station in Suburban St. Louis, is a sustainable “green” design, a first for a municipality in St. Charles County and one of the first in the St. Louis metro area. The LEED-certified project utilized a multitude of environmentally responsible elements, including energy efficient glass; an efficient heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system and recycling of construction waste. Paric partnered with Kostecki Architects and C. Rallo Contracting on the project.

In their 20th year, the CNR Regional Excellence Awards recognize the best results of the construction industry when all sectors work together as a team, focusing on projects that make a positive contribution to the St. Louis community.

Paric is a strong regional contractor specializing in agency and at-risk construction management, design/build and general construction of interiors, public, institutional and hospitality facilities, residential projects, senior living and healthcare facilities, historic renovation and commercial projects.
