Grace Hill Clinic Project Progresses

Posted on August 27, 2009

Structural steel is about to go up at the new Grace Hill Water Tower Health Center building, which is scheduled for completion next spring at 4414 North Florissant Avenue, in St. Louis.

Construction began in June on the 18,000-square-foot building, which will replace the clinic that was damaged by fire early this year. Foundation and slab work on the new clinic already is done. Paric Corp. is the $6 million project’s construction manager. Arcturis is the architect.

The new facility will provide medical, dental and behavioral health services, along with community support and education programs. Loans and financial reserves, plus $2 million from Missouri’s Lewis and Clark Discovery Initiative, are paying for the building.
