Paric crews installed electricity-generating wind turbines Friday on the roof of a Washington University building along the Delmar Loop.
The $3 million rehabilitation of the 24,000-square-foot building at Delmar and Skinker includes 16 apartments on the second and third floors, and retail space on the first floor.
The apartments were completed in time for students to move in prior to the fall semester, and retail work is tentatively scheduled for completion by the end of this month.
