Construction is underway on the $12.8 million Bridgeton Government Center, led by the St. Louis-area-based Paric as construction manager.
The 41,000-square-foot two-story structure, located on Natural Bridge Road and designed by Chiodini and Associates, will house the Bridgeton’s city offices, to include an expanded city council chamber, and police station. Construction is a structural steel-frame with brick veneer, with 187 parking spots on site.
The project is scheduled for a fall 2010 completion.
