Todd Goodrich

Todd Goodrich is a Vice President and serves as a market leader focused on our Hospitality/Residential business with an expertise in Senior Living.  Because of the similarities in design and construction, Todd also plays a significant role in our Senior Housing and Student Housing businesses.  In fact, “places where people live or stay” has been Todd’s sole focus since joining Paric in 1997.  He is a true home-grown market expert.

Todd earned his BS Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.  He has had an impressive career path beginning as a Project Engineer in 1997 and advancing to Vice President in 2007.  He has been recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the top 30 Under 30 professionals in St. Louis.

Todd is currently a board member for Boone Center, volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builder’s 50+ Housing Council.   He has served as a member of the Associated General Contractors - Quality in Construction Subcommittee and previously served on the finance committee of Faith United Methodist Church.  He is also a Cub Scout den leader.
