Todd leads our efforts in the Public/Institutional market sector. Over the last 18 years, he has been directly involved with the planning, design, and construction of public and institutional financed projects throughout the Midwest.
Todd is recognized as an industry leader for his expertise associated with the use of the construction management approach on publicly financed projects. He has successfully applied this expertise on projects for school systems, local municipalities, county/state governments, law enforcement agencies, and Fire/EMS districts. This expertise in public policy and procurement practices has been invaluable to the clients we serve.
Todd is also directly involved in the leadership of our private K-12 and higher educational market focus. In this capacity, Todd has had oversight with projects ranging from performing arts centers to laboratories.
His broad background including construction expertise, registered professional engineer and LEED accreditation are part of what Todd brings as a leader of Paric’s “Best in Class” service model.
