PARIC :: THE NEXT LEVEL STARTS HERE

This project is an addition/alteration that included the complete renovation of the existing historic building and new construction of a 10,000 sq.ft. two-story addition. The project included converting the existing structure from 19 apartments to a multi-room residence with 45-55 private rooms and baths. The new two-story addition includes common living areas, a kitchen and dining area. The conceptual cost estimate for this total project is estimated to be approximately $7.5 million dollars.
