PARIC :: THE NEXT LEVEL STARTS HERE

Paric worked with Kansas City based Cohen-Esrey to renovate the 34,492-sq.ft. historic Grant School into four story 44 bed senior living apartments in south St. Louis. Built in a romanesque revival style, the former Grant School building has a rusticated limestone foundation, limestone trim and arcaded windows at the front providing loft-like high ceilings. The building was constructed in 1893, and a three story addition was completed in 1902. The project is in the Tower Grove neighborhood.
