Paric’s Interiors and Specialty group recently completed its tenth project for Panera Bread Company. All of the 4,800 sq.ft. restaurants and bakeries required Paric’s team to install an oven proofer, deck oven, freezer, coolers and other typical restaurant and kitchen equipment. Achieving the look and feel desired by the owner, Panera Bread, mandated high-end finishes such as hardwood floors, quarry and ceramic tile. In addition, Paric completed the first drive thru restaurant for Panera with the new Festus, Missouri facility.
