PARIC :: THE NEXT LEVEL STARTS HERE

The Paristyle Building is an historic eight-story reinforced concrete loft building in the heart of St. Louis City’s old shoe and garment district. The 37,800-sq.ft. warehouse building was transformed into luxury lofts and retail space with underground parking. The project utilizes historic tax credits to assist with the financing. Floors two and three offer a one-bedroom unit available for lease and a two-bedroom unit for purchase. Floors four through eight are converted to single family loft residences.
