PARIC :: THE NEXT LEVEL STARTS HERE

Paric has completed the $81 million Aberdeen Heights Senior Living Community, located in Kirkwood, Missouri. The project, which sits on a 17 acre site, includes 250 independent living apartments; 30 assisted living units for seniors requiring some medical services; a 38 unit skilled nursing center; and 15 memory support units for those suffering from diseases such as Alzheimer’s. The project also has 18 single family attached houses. The 581,723 sq.ft. amenity filled community includes restaurant style dinning, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a creative arts studio, a media room, and club room.
