Building on a strong base of expertise in senior living, Paric has completed an $11.5 million expansion project for Bethesda Southgate, a skilled and assisted living facility in South St. Louis County. The project included a 64,000-square-foot addition at Bethesda Southgate’s existing facility on Telegraph Road and new therapy, rehabilitation and assisted living facilities. Gray Design Group, Inc. was the architect, with engineering services provided by Civil Engineering Design Consultants, KPFF Consulting Engineers and G&W Engineering Corporation. 2011 AGC Keystone Award Finalist
