The Yates|Paric joint venture team was the general contractor for the River City Casino project in South St. Louis County. The 270,000 sq.ft. building features a 90,000 sq.ft. casino, several restaurants, a multi-use community center along with athletic fields, and construction of a new roadway connector from I-55 to the South Broadway corridor. Located approximately ten miles south of downtown St. Louis in the community of Lemay, River City had their grand opening on time in spring 2010. River City is situated on approximately 80 acres of land leased from the St. Louis County Port Authority.
