Phase 1

This luxury retirement community is located in Ballwin, Missouri. The first phase consisted of five buildings with underground parking and 19 patio homes. Three of the buildings are independent living units with 178 apartments. The complex also includes two residential care facilities. On-site amenities include a spa, indoor pool with a hot tub, fitness center, beauty shop and massage parlor. In addition, residents enjoy full service dining and private dining venues and a concierge service. The facilities are situated on a 50 acre site.

Phase 2

This phase consists of two independent living buildings, each contains 46 units, in addition to six patio homes.

Phase 3

This phase includes a 66,500-sq.ft, three story, 88 bed skilled nursing facility.
