PARIC :: THE NEXT LEVEL STARTS HERE

The $1.6 million five phase project consisted of a complete renovation and modernization of the 97,000 sq.ft. kitchen facility. Included in the renovation were a new tray line, heat on demand patient food warming system, food warmers, ovens, steamers, grills and freezers. Relocated the existing serving line to a temporary location. Demolished the existing serving line. Replaced backup sewer laterals. The finished cafeteria looks more like an upscale restaurant. It is one of the most efficient and practical cafeterias serving 3,000 plus meals per day.The project also provided new space and equipment for the bakery, which makes reaching its 500 cookie-a-day quota easier. Phase I was awarded the AGC Keystone 2001 Project of the Year.
