This is the first retirement community in the WingHaven O’Fallon, Missouri complex.  This 160,000-sq.ft. facility consists of a four-story independent living facility containing 116 apartments offering one and two bedroom units. Amenities include a common area including full dining room, pool, spa, all-purpose room, administration offices, beauty and barber shop, tool shop, and a bank.

A one-story assisted living unit consists of 36 studio apartments and four one-bedroom living units, nurse stations, craft room, full dining room, administrative offices, and direct access to the above amenities.
