The site for the Stratford at the Village of WestClay is an 8.6 acre site near the heart of the overall development campus. It consists of a main three story apartment building of approximately 400,000 sq.ft. It houses 213 independent apartment units. The remainder is 40 licensed assisted living apartment and 20 licensed skilled nursing beds. Included also, in the main building, is an underground parking structure beneath the interior courtyards of about 68,000 sq. ft. It will be accessed from under the main building.
A separate part of the site contains 40-42 cottage style tri/quadplex type single story wood frame structures. The smaller one is approximately 1,400 sq.ft. and a larger one of approximately 1,600 sq.ft. Each cottage has a garage.
