Kurt Mollet serves as the customer advocate and facilitator to who ensure all in-house and external resources are utilized to achieve our clients goals. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has a broad knowledge base and experience in all aspects of construction. Kurt managed and developed over $500 million worth of projects in his career with experience in various segments.
In PARIC’s Client-Centered Business Model, Kurt will develop an intimate knowledge of your goals, expectations, and business plans and be responsible for helping you achieve your goals. He will hold all team members accountable to perform their tasks on time, professionally, and in context with the overall project strategies and objectives. Kurt will be your point person with a particular emphasis on the up front planning and preconstruction phase.
Kurt studied Engineering and Business while at Southern Illinois University and also attended the Construction Leadership Institute. Kurt has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry including many high profile regional projects such as the BJC HealthCare Goldfarb College of Nursing, the new Food and Drug Administration facility, and CityWalk. Kurt is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMMA) and the American Society for Healthcare Engineering. Kurt also sits on the advisory board for Reliance Bank.
