PARIC has completed construction on the addition to the Nazareth Living Center. The phase one plans include the construction of a four-story, 73,000 sq.ft., 50 unit independent living facility which will be built adjacent to the existing buildings. The facility will include a commercial kitchen with dining facilities, a media room, a salon, a general store, resident storage, a fitness center, and library.
Nazareth also plans to build a new dementia care facility and replace its existing 150-unit Gleason Hall assisted living apartment building with a new assisted living structure.
