The $4.5 million BaratHaven Alzheimer’s Center, a memory care facility, for the O’Fallon Care Group LLC, included construction of a 31,396 sq.ft., single story Alzheimer special care unit. The facility features 38 units housing 66 beds, as well as formal dining, living and activity areas, a salon and a central courtyard.
The BaratHaven Alzheimer’s Center, located in suburban Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, a senior living facility, was completed more than a month ahead of schedule and under budget.
