EXPRESS SCRIPTS HEADQUARTERS

This building on the Express Scripts campus included a 315,000 sq.ft. build-to-suit headquarters for the St. Louis-based, prescription management firm and was completed ahead of schedule, in just 17 months.

The MDF room was approximately 1,800 sq.ft. which includes raised flooring, installed supplemental cooling, UPS system, and an automatic transfer switch to an emergency generator. 

LEED certification of Express Scripts was based on a number of green design and construction features. These features include a white roof, bamboo and cork floors, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, low-flow plumbing fixtures and motion detector lights. The structure features a three-story atrium with a suspended grand staircase, glass curtainwall, and a lower-level cafeteria overlooking a lake.
