The new S.T.A.R building being built on the John Burroughs campus will provide the students with a first-class environment to focus on the study of physics, chemistry, biology, environmental science, and technology. The buildings being demolished, the Gaylord Science Building and the Stamper Library, will be replaced with a new three story 78,000 sq. ft. building, which will more than double the square footage of the previous two buildings combined.
