Description

Monogram Apartments will be a $51 million, 315,000 sq. ft. renovation project located at 1706 Washington Avenue, and will include 168 market-rate apartments and a preschool. The project will include resident parking and a dog park which are planned for the parking lot on the building’s east side, a fitness room, and a rooftop pool.
