PARIC joined Greater Kansas City leadership for the official groundbreaking of One Nine Vine in the city’s historic Jazz District on April 20. “It’s an honor to be part of the One Nine Vine project. One Nine Vine project will be the first multi-family, market-rate attainable and affordable housing development built in the historic 18th & Vine district of Kansas City since 2006. The impressive 81,550 sqft development will include 30 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom units and 17,500 sq ft of retail/commercial space. One Nine Vine will have 30 covered parking stalls and 55 surface parking spaces. The design allows for future installation of EV charging stations on the apartment grounds.
