Job Description
A PARIC Holdings company, Cooperative Building Solutions, is searching for a Director of FP&A. This position will be responsible for influencing strategy through data driven analysis, creating and driving effective and efficient processes, and overseeing execution against company objectives and goals. This individual will lead the development of the strategic plan, annual budget, and monthly forecast, including variance analysis, identifying opportunities and risks, and communicating to Sr. Leadership. Additional responsibilities include oversight of the financial reporting software (Vena) and business intelligence software (CMiC) to include maintenance, updates, and report development. The Director of FP&A creates and publishes all reporting packages to the Paric Holdings Company and the Board and articulates the financial health and future of the organization in monthly and quarterly presentations.
This position will place a heavy emphasis on providing sound guidance and creating finance-driven strategy as the organization experiences growth both in volume and into new markets. The Director of FP&A will create in-depth analysis, identify trends, and build complex financial models with commentary to help leadership fundamentally understand the organization and achieve stated objectives. This individual will also lead the creation and implementation of new revenue recognition models and regulatory compliance as the organization pursues new verticals.
This position will work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Accounting to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, complete annual audits, and other ad-hoc asks as they arise. The Director of FP&A will also be responsible for working with the preconstruction and operational teams to accurately budget and forecast projects from their inception to completion.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or closely related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of combined experience in FP&A or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Supervisory Responsibility
This role will supervise financial analysts and other financial professionals as CBS grows.
