Kimberly Gerdes is the Vice President of Human Resources. She provides support and leadership for the human resources function for the organization. Kimberly is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee development and company culture.
As Vice President, Kimberly is also a strategic business partner providing innovative solutions to drive business results and is responsible for leading a team of Human Resources professionals.
Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. She began her career after graduating college with her Bachelors of Science degree. She gained valuable human resources experience in a variety of industries over her career leading her to take on higher level roles and responsibilities in the most recent years. Prior to coming, Kimberly was a Vice President of Human Resources for a heavy equipment dealership, where she built and led the HR department by expanding its overall impact and value to the organization. She developed solutions to drive employee engagement, increased leadership competencies, created a competitive compensation and benefits program. Additionally, Kimberly built strong onboarding and training programs and drove organizational effectiveness.
Kimberly is a member of National Human Resources Association and Society of Human Resources Management. She was also a volunteer Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation for several years.
