Stephanie serves as the customer advocate and facilitator to ensure all in-house and external resources are utilized to achieve customer goals. She has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry and has a broad knowledge base and experience in all aspects of construction. Stephanie managed and developed over $1B worth of projects in her career with experience in various market segments.
In PARIC’s Client-Centered Business Model, Stephanie primarily serves as the customer advocate and facilitator. Stephanie will develop an intimate knowledge of your goals, expectations, and business plans and be responsible for marshaling all of the necessary in-house and external resources to achieve your goals. She will hold all team members accountable to perform their tasks on time, professionally, and in context with the overall project strategies and objectives. Stephanie will be your point person with a particular emphasis on the up front planning and preconstruction phase.
Stephanie studied Construction Engineering while at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and went on to receive her MBA from Lindenwood University. Stephanie has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry including many high profile regional projects such as BJC, Memorial Medical Center, and HSHS (Hospital Sisters Health System). Stephanie is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), Missouri Society of Healthcare Engineers (MOSHE) and past president of Southern IL Chapter of Healthcare Engineers (SICHE). She has also participated in 12 Joint Commission Accreditation Surveys, 3 CMS Surveys, and multiple IDPH (IL Department of Public Health) annual surveys. Stephanie has also been a hospital liaison for both IDPH and the Missouri Department of Health on multiple construction projects.
