With 20 years in the Hospitality & Entertainment market, Todd Goodrich has the experience to provide a technical and community focused perspective that sets PARIC apart from other builders in this industry. His ability to build lasting relationships with every customer allows him to better understand the needs of your campus and clients and to provide the best design and construction solutions. Ultimately, Todd is focused on providing our clients with creative solutions that meet their program needs while matching the economic requirements of these often complicated projects.
Todd earned his BS Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He has had an impressive career path beginning as a Project Engineer in 1997 and advancing to Vice President in 2007. He has been recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the top "30 Under 30" professionals in St. Louis.
Todd is currently a board member for Boone Center, volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builder’s 50+ Housing Council. He has served as a member of the Associated General Contractors – Quality in Construction Subcommittee and previously served on the finance committee of Faith United Methodist Church. He is also a Cub Scout den leader.
