Russell Apartments
PARIC recently completed a 166,787 sq. ft. five-story mixed-use development, Russell Apartments, on Russell Blvd. designed to match Soulard’s historic landscape. The building includes 126 units with open concept floorplans, a parking garage with car charging stations, and first-floor retail space.
One Cardinal Way
One Cardinal Way is St. Louis’ newest luxury apartment building. The 29-story, 570,135 sq. ft. mixed-use apartment building located in Ballpark Village.
Two Twelve Clayton
Two Twelve Clayton is a 26-story 394,566 sq. ft. mixed-use building and is the largest multi-family and mixed-used building to be constructed in Clayton in the last 30 years.
The Arcade Building

The Arcade Building was originally constructed as two separate buildings: The Wright Building in 1906, and the adjoining Arcade Building in 1919.
Washington University – Loop Student Housing
PARIC completed construction on the 4.4 acre mixed-use complex known as the Lofts of Washington University located in the heart of the Delmar Loop. This project includes 22,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space fronting Delmar Boulevard that houses the United Provisions grocery store and the Peacock Diner.
Park Pacific
