PARIC’s Preconstruction Service Group provides our clients with critical information and expertise to assist in the development phase of their projects. We have determined that proactive involvement during the preconstruction phase has the greatest potential influence on a project’s final cost. Our extensive industry and specialized product knowledge allows the owner to receive the absolute lowest possible first cost. A comprehensive preconstruction process includes the following critical elements: identification of objectives, preconstruction scheduling, assessment of risks, implementation of appropriate tools to mitigate the risks, and cost estimating. Our customized estimating system allows us to produce highly accurate cost forecasts in remarkable detail at the earliest stages of design development. Often we provide the owner with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the 50% Design Development Phase, long before the architects and engineers have completed their final designs or specifications.

Our preconstruction professionals provide meticulous attention to detail to ensure positive outcomes. While historical data is invaluable in assessing whether an estimate is on track, it is important to remember that every job is unique and project parameters must be carefully considered. We do quantity takeoffs on all materials to be used on the project, assigning a cost to each item to provide precise cost data.

From the cleanest and safest site to the attention to detail in the trim work and painting, you set the expectation for all tradesmen and they deliver (or do it over again).
