This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, user device management, office hardware and conferencing technology, and Helpdesk services.  They shall work closely with department leaders, SME’s, and end-users, with direct alignment to corporate policies, procedures, and best practices. They shall work with 3rd party vendors, partners, hardware, and software providers, to maintain best-in-class technology and functionality to support our business and user requirements for security, accuracy, reliability, mobility.  This critical role must exude professionalism, with a sense of urgency, and be fully customer centric, with an unwavering commitment to provide best-in-class infrastructure and a world class user experience.


Work closely with CTO, VP-Technology & Innovation, ERP Manager, and other stakeholders to:

  • Lead daily IT operations, supervise Helpdesk team and 3rd party IT service provider(s), and manage IT Project Managers to work closely with users, stakeholders, and SME’s to support all departments, with direct alignment to corporate policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage enterprise system settings (Groups, Roles, Permissions, etc.) using Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and a work closely to with 3rd party providers to enable deep integrations and a seamless user experience, and while maximizing security and mitigating risk
  • Work with 3rd party IT services to manage malware, firewall, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Work with Risk Management group to mitigate cyber risk, and respond to threats and/or attacks
  • Manage system audits, Penetration Testing, SOC2 compliance, and other system certifications
  • Oversee Disaster Recovery Planning for IT infrastructure, and assist with critical systems including ERP, PM, Content Hosting, Data Warehouse/Data Lake, Benefits, Payroll, etc.
  • Assist the ERP Director and platform DBA with projects, data standards, custom reports, custom programs, SQL database needs, and 3rd party platform API integrations
  • Assist SME’s and stakeholders with process improvement, identify opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce manual labor and errors
  • Setup new users, conduct onboarding, assessments, provide training, and assist w/ development plan
  • Lead periodic infrastructure improvements for ERP, and collaborate with vendor and stakeholders
  • Maintain a log of all IT issues, questions, troubleshooting, and work to quickly resolve issues and/or provide temporary workarounds and timeline for preferred resolutions
  • Work w/ SME’s to develop and document business workflows, policy, procedure, and training collateral
  • Assist with ERP dashboard tools, setup, and data connections
  • Lead testing of patch(s), hot fix(s), security update(s) and other related platform/software update(s)
  • Coordinate team workload, collaborate with SME’s, and communicate to stakeholders via MS Planner
  • Assist with updating corporate policies and procedures, leveraging technology/process advancements, and ensuring the strategic vision is applied properly
  • Lead implementation projects, evaluate compatibility and gaps, and identify innovation opportunities
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data modeling as-needed to support project and corporate analysis
  • Engage in industry events, nurture a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, while evangelizing PARIC and our integrated approach to the use of ERP Technology


  • Accounting, Information Systems, or related bachelor’s degree or above required
  • Minimum 5 years required of direct ERP administration
  • Great communication, coordination, and effective listening
  • Strong sense of team management needs and proactive approach to solving daily demands
  • Ability to manage workload for multiple projects/teams
  • Strong understanding of accounting related processes
  • Efficient knowledge of CMiC, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel required
  • Experience with other accounting ERP’s, BI tools, and project cost management tools are beneficial
