PARIC Ranked 57 on Top 150 Privately Held Companies List

Paric Corp. enjoyed significant growth, in one year it finished the overhaul of the Arcade Building in downtown St. Louis. Though Paric now operates in 10 states, much of its 2015 growth came in St. Louis. Along with the Arcade, Paric also completed major projects at BJC’s Children’s Hospital and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. The first phase of the College of Pharmacy project included a 213,0000-square-foot academic and research building on campus. The six-story building provides facilities for instruction, research, and collaborative learning. This is why Paric construction management has been named to the top 150 Privately Held Companies.

“The most memorable part (of 2015) is the volume of work that is actively going on in St. Louis,” President Keith Wolkoff said. “It’s a spike that hasn’t gone on for a very long time.”

In 2016, the construction management company will build a new high-rise in Clayton, the 26-story, $75 million at 212 South Meramec. Paric will also be involved in the further improvement of the College of Pharmacy and BJC’s Siteman Cancer Center. The Siteman Cancer Center project should be completed in April. It is an 84,000-square-foot medical facility adjacent to the existing Siteman Cancer Center building in south St. Louis County. The space will house oncology and mammography services along with a variety of specialty physicians.

Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange has retained the services of Cooperative Building Solutions to design and build their new headquarter building located in Olathe, KS.

This $12 million facility includes a two-story, 35,000 square foot office building and associated site work.  The design supports an open office floor plan concept on the upper floor and a lower level that houses critical equipment, multipurpose, and other common area functions.  The building will include energy efficient designs including a VRF heating and cooling system, LED lights, and natural daylighting concepts.  The office consists of a structural steel frame, standing seam metal roof, and masonry façade. General contractors started on this project in May of 2016 and are expected to be completed in May of 2017.
