Construction is underway for phase two of Central States Manufacturing’s new facility in St. Peters, Missouri. The first phase of work included the expansion of grading and site utilities in preparation for the new facility. Phase two includes all paving, the erection and build-out of a new 51,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building, and the interior fit-out of the manufacturing area and 5,500 sq. ft. of office space.
