MICDS ATHLETIC FIELDS AND AQUATIC CENTER

PARIC completed extensive improvements to the athletic facilities at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School’s (MICDS) St. Louis Country Campus.

A 35,349 sq. ft. addition and renovation was made to the Steward Aquatic Center. Work included the demolition of the existing natatorium and the addition of a new 40-meter, 8-lane, adjustable depth swimming pool, with a moveable bulkhead. New locker rooms, a new entrance, and supporting spaces were also added to the center.

The 29,800 sq. ft. athletic complex includes a new 1,000-seat stadium and an all season multi-purpose synthetic field. The three-story stadium includes team rooms, storage areas, a press box, and a scoreboard with video capabilities. A separate two-story pavilion was also constructed which includes event space, restrooms, and concessions.

Improvements were also made to the track grandstands including the demolition of the existing stadium, the addition of new bleachers and masonry, a new press box, and a new synthetic field event zone at the existing track.
